More Low-Cal Desserts to Satify That Sweet Tooth!

If you’re the kind of person who just can’t get through your day without that little piece of chocolate, which turns out to be too small and not satisfying, so you take another bite, and another, and another…. And end up nagging about those hips the following day… You’ve landed on the perfect article!

Just as promised a few weeks ago, we have decided to get you some more yummy desserts recipes that are actually not so bad for those hips of yours. We have found 3 perfect easy recipes which are fatty enough to satisfy those cravings, but healthy enough to make you avoid nagging about your favorite pair of jeans that won’t fit anymore!

The first recipe is called Bottom-of-the-Cereal-Box Dessert Parfait:

You will need one cup of mixed berries, 1 cup of vanilla flavored yogurt, and half a cup of corn flakes of your choice. In a small serving glass, layer the ingredients, beginning with the berries, then the yogurt and, lastly, the cornflakes; repeat twice more to finish with the cereal on top.

The second and third recipes are for chocolate lovers. The second is called: Frozen Chocolate-Covered Bananas:

Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Insert a Popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana. Cover each piece of banana with melted chocolate using a rubber spatula and sprinkle with coconut. (Reheat chocolate, as needed, to keep it melted.) Place the bananas on the baking sheet and freeze until frozen, about 2 hours.

The third quick n easy chocolate delight dessert is called: Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate:

Melt chocolate over barely simmering water or in the microwave. Dip strawberries in the chocolate.
