Red Bull’s Mission to the Edge of Space

Felix Baumgartner will make a record-breaking free-fall jump from 36,576 meters above the earth, attempting to reach 1,110 km/h to become the first man to break the speed of sound in free-fall!! This moment in history will be launched from Rosewell, New Mexico and his attempt holds the potential to provide valuable medical and scientific research data for future pioneers.

Crazy, we know, but without experimentation, there are a lot of things that we wouldn’t know or use right now. So in less than two hours, the whole world will learn something new about their human body… That it can break the speed of sound! (or not)

We wish Felix success in this atempt, hoping he will be able to break a new record without having to break a bone!
