107 Victor Hugo – Anything but “Misérable”

A cocktail night was organized last week for the “grand opening” of 107 Victor Hugo, the new chic resto-bar in Monot Street.

A trendy crowd of artists, designers and bloggers, ever-full champagne glasses, luxurious décor with lavish furniture in a rough setting; everything was perfectly aligned for a night of New-Yorkish delight with a French accent.

The concept creation of 107 Victor Hugo was inspired by Amer Wahoud’s vision, consisting of two key defining elements: “the grungy industrial feel” meets “top-notch luxury”. Sari El Khazen Architects took this vision and made it come to life in an aged building, typical to Monot’s rustic feel.

Offering refined French cuisine with inimitable cocktails, 107 Victor Hugo is perfect for a night out with friends.

It’s definitely the new hot spot in town!
